Reporting directly to the Service Manager in the US, this position will manage technical issues, maintain customer satisfaction, provide monthly maintenance support, promote value add-on services and provide training support. Business travel will be a requirement for this position. Responsibilities Provide key objective management (proper machinery installation, proper accessory management and proper understanding of service data) Optimize work order organization, safe tool use and customer data reporting.
