Peter W. Hilton-Kingdon oversees all of DMi Partners legal matters. He handles commercial disputes, governmental/regulatory compliance, corporate and employee matters, drafting and negotiating contracts, and risk management. Peter has been General Counsel/Chief Legal Officer since July 2009. Before joining DMi, Peter was an Assistant General Counsel overseeing litigation at American Financial Realty Trust, a publicly traded real estate investment company. Prior to working at American Financial, Peter was an attorney in the Washington, D.C. office of Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr, LLP (predecessor to WilmerHale). Peter is a graduate of the Dickinson School of Law at PennState and is licensed to practice in New Jersey and Maryland. He also a member of the Board of Directors for the Friends Child Care Center serving as the Treasurer plus is a member of the host committee for the Support Center for Child Advocates. Peter spends his free time with his family and enjoys traveling, reading, fly-fishing and photography. He lives in the Fairmount section of Philadelphia with his wife, Kathy E. Ochroch, their son Alexander and their dog Coleman.
