Duties and Responsibilities:
* Maintains quality assurance programs, procedures, and controls ensuring that performance and quality of products conform to established Government standards necessary to maintain lasting client satisfaction

About the Opportunity
DMI, LLC is seeking a Conversion/Data Specialist to join us.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Analyze the existing data structures in PeopleSoft and confirm the necessary transformations for Data Warehouse compatibility.
* Extract data from PeopleSoft using SQL and other relevant tools.
* Creation of efficient data structures that support reporting and analytics.
* Expertise in dimensional modeling and entity-relationship modeling).
* Develop and implement data transformation processes to clean, standardize, and enhance the quality of the data during migration.
* Create data mapping documents that outline the relationships between source and target data fields.
* Utilize ETL tools for data integration.
* Design and implement ETL processes to load data into the Data Warehouse, ensuring efficient performance and data integrity.
* Validate data accuracy and completeness post-migration to ensure that all data has been successfully transferred.

Qualifications
Education and Years of Experience: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems. 8 years of total experience needed.
Additional Requirements:
* 5 years of experience in data migration projects, specifically from PeopleSoft to a Cloud BasedData Warehouse system.
* Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
* Experience with ETL tools and data integration techniques.
* Experience with databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, Sybase, Informix, and DB2.
* Familiarity with data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and reporting tools.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Preferred Skills:
* Experience with cloud-based Data Warehouse solutions (e.g., Oracle FDIP, Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery).

* Lead engineering and installation (E&I) support for inside/outside plant LAN wiring and fiber optic cable terminations.
