Job Overview:The Machine Repairperson B & C Crew (Journeyman) reports to the Maintenance Manager and is accountable for performing mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulics, electrical and maintenance repairs. This opportunity is located at our manufacturing headquarters in Detroit, Michigan.
Primary Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
Qualifications and skills must include knowledge of Hydraulics, Servo motors in addition to the following skills:
Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical/pneumatic/hydraulic systems using schematics and technical drawings.
Qualified to repair injection molding equipment, fixtures, systems, conveyors and other equipment at facility as required.
Modify, lubricate, diagnose, and operate injection molding equipment. Maintain industrial control system.
Work independently and with other team members to complete repairs timely and safely.
Create and report repairs at end of shift. Complete required paperwork, document parts and material usage.
Understand and follow plant safety rules including safe lifting practices and safe machine operation. Personal Protective Equipment is to be used where required.
Required Skills/Educations/Experience:
The ideal candidate will have/possess the following:

A Journeyman's License/Certification is REQUIRED/MANDATORY - NO EXCEPTIONS.
Should possess exceptional knowledge, experience and qualifications in maintenance and machine repair

The IT MES Systems Architect defines, governs, and evolves Inteva's global Manufacturing Execution System (MES) architecture. This role serves as the technical authority for MES solutions across all manufacturing plants, ensuring scalable, secure, and resilient systems aligned with business objectives, manufacturing operations, and enterprise IT/OT standards.
This position requires global travel as needed, up to approximately 40% of the time, to support plant launches, architectural reviews, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and own the global MES reference architecture aligned with ISA-95 / IEC 62264 standards.
Act as architectural decision authority for MES platforms, integrations, and design patterns.
Lead MES requirements analysis and translate manufacturing needs into standardized MES solutions.
Govern configuration and deployment of core MES functions while enabling controlled plant-specific extensions.
Design and govern integrations between MES, ERP, shop-floor automation, and enterprise data platforms.
Establish standards for APIs, middleware, data models, and release governance (CI/CD).
Ensure MES solutions meet performance, availability, cybersecurity, and compliance requirements.
Lead global MES standardization, harmonization, and legacy modernization initiatives.
Architect and support multi-plant MES rollouts, including greenfield and brownfield launches.
Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, IT, and Operations to deliver production-ready MES solutions.
Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to global MES teams and partners.
Maintain architectural documentation and drive continuous improvement through a multi-year MES roadmap.

Strong experience in managing, supervising/managing 40+ employees
Must have exceptional people skills with specific expertise in consensus and team building techniques.
Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal.
Strong familiarity with Production, HR, PC&L and Maintenance IT Systems; preferably MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) software, but not mandatory.
Knowledge of UAW/CBA best practices & processes.
