Mr. O’Day is the President & Chief Executive Officer of Boyd Group Services Inc. Mr. O’Day joined Gerber Collision & Glass in February 1998. With Boyd Group’s acquisition of Gerber in 2004, he was appointed Chief Operating Officer for Boyd’s U.S Operations. In 2008, he was appointed President and Chief Operating Officer for U.S. Operations. In January of 2017, he was elevated to President and Chief Operating Officer. In January of 2020, he was elevated to his current position. In his role, Mr. O’Day has overall responsibility for the affairs of Boyd, including strategy, operations and performance. In addition to serving on the Board of Directors of Boyd Group Services Inc., he also serves as the Chair of the Board of I-Car. Earlier in his career, he was with Midas International, where he was elevated to Vice President, Western Division, and responsible for a territory that encompassed 500 Midas locations. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business & Accounting from Michigan State University.
