Accepting Applications until 1/23/2026 You Will ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Follow established rules of entry to building and work areas, properly attired and in compliance with HACCP guidelines for personal hygiene and observe security precautions as mandated by management. Load dishwashing machine with soiled chinaware, trays, glasses, and silverware in appropriate carriers. Ensure that the dishwashing machine is operating at a proper temperature and has detergent and necessary chemicals for proper operation. Unload the machine and place cleaned items in appropriate racks or storage containers in proper storage areas. Sanitize all trolleys, carriers' oven racks and drawers and deliver to the proper area for storage. development, Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), Lean Manufacturing, Workplace Safety This position is responsible for ensuring that all Sanitation Team Members possess and demonstrate the knowledge to follow all applicable chemical safety and food safety procedures. This position is responsible for developing a sanitation schedule to meet the Sanitation SOP frequency. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will lead employees to ensure compliance with all safety, company, and regulatory procedures. In addition, ensuring that the sanitation process meets all FDA and/or USDA and internal requirements. The individual will ensure that the sanitation SOP is being followed and all activities are documented per company policy. Working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), sanitation processes/procedures and HACCP. NONESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Other duties as assigned by unit Supervisors. The salary for this position is $22.50 hourly with weekly pay, which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training. You Have EDUCATION: Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years' experience in cleaning/ housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial experience QUALIFICATIONS: Previous dishwashing experience. Excellent attention to detail and self-organized Ability to deal with a heavy workload. Flexibility (different shifts - night, weekends, holidays). Attention to detail. Strong prioritization skills and the ability to perform multiple tasks. Intellectual/Social demands: While performing the essential functions of this job, the employee is continuously asked to multi-task under time limits. Position requires constant attention to precise details and accuracy of specified standards including following simple to complex (more than 3 steps) instructions, and concentration which frequently extends beyond 30 minutes at a time. This position also requires constant attendance and punctuality - Is consistently at work and on time. WORK DESCRIPTION: The Aircraft Exterior Wash position requires the employees to wet wash or dry wash the outside of an aircraft while working from the ground or from an aerial lift. The aircraft cleaner is applied with mop heads/doodlebug pads attached to extension poles and either buffed off or rinsed of with power washers. REQUIREMENTS Must pass a pre-employment drug screen & 10 year background check (criminal/ employment) Speak and understand English Be able to work nights, holidays & full weekends. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ALL WASHES Pre-checks are performed on all equipment/vehicles and loading of required chemicals for designated washes during that shift. Assigned employee attaches proper pitot tube and static port covers (or other covers based on the aircraft/airline) and documents on Aircraft Wash Record or airline designated form. WET WASH The vacuum and water dams are placed around the aircraft to collect all liquids that drip onto the ground and any drains are covered to protect storm drains from contamination. Soap is placed into mop buckets and applied to the aircraft starting from the bottom and working upwards with mop heads/pads attached to poles. Aerial lifts are used for the top of the aircraft fuselage, wings & tail. Each employee is assigned a designated area and is responsible for the cleanliness of that area. After soap is applied, designated employees will utilize a power washer to rinse the soap and dirt from the aircraft. During and after the rinse, designated employees squeegee the contaminated water to the vacuum system for removal (or use other waste water removal equipment), being sure to not leave any standing water/soap/chemical in the shadow of aircraft. DRY WASH Each employee is assigned a designated area and is responsible for the cleanliness of that area. Wax is applied to the doodlebug pad and applied to the aircraft in 6 foot sections, starting from the window line, in most cases, and working downward with pads attached to poles. Aerial lifts are used for the top of the aircraft fuselage and tail. After the second six foot section is applied, the employee returns to the first six foot section with a dry/clean mop head/pad and buffs off the dried wax. This process is repeated until the designated area is complete. ALL WASHES Assigned employee removes proper pitot tube and static port covers (or other covers based on the aircraft/airline) and document on Aircraft Wash Record or airline designated form. All employees clean up equipment/chemicals and perform a FOD walk to verify that the work area is clean and debris free. Practices safe work methods. Performs other related duties as required. CHEMICALS USED: Nu Power II, Astromat Orange, SkyKleen 1000, ATTAR-C and Citra-Cut Xtra PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands described herein are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
