    Job Description Job purpose Provide technical support to photo kiosk users or store personnel. Basic to moderate skills in PC hardware and Windows application troubleshooting, printer troubleshooting, and networking, Familiarity with Windows (Win10, 11), Mac OS, iOS, Android Operating Systems. Knowledge of digital imaging systems and digital photography. Familiarity with concepts and procedures commonly used in PC software and hardware technical support. Effective oral and written communication skills, including a good grasp of grammar and spelling. The capability to maintain a professional demeanor with customers and coworkers. Demonstrated problem-solving skills. Strong time management skills. Capability and temperament to work as a productive member of a support team. Supervisory Responsibilities This job has no supervisory responsibilities and this position reports directly to the Technical Support Manager. What You'll Do: Become a process specialist for the FGR Coating and Mixing Teams, contributing to your team's success at safely reaching the goals set for the team Design/Project Support Lead and document 5S, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement activities Collaborate with engineers, staff, and teams for making larger scale machine/process modifications and improvements Troubleshoot, Maintain and Repair Perform equipment troubleshooting, leading and coordinating with the maintenance group to maximize uptime Perform process troubleshooting, working with the operating team to improve quality and runnability issues, reducing scrap and maximizing uptime. Review and analyze machine and process failure data to determine root cause and corrective action plan Training and Organizing Train the assigned teams on new work instructions, equipment, or technologies for the FGR areas Write new work instructions to support improved processes, and audit/edit existing ones, updating with current best practices and necessary changes Review data entered by team to ensure accuracy and find misalignment of entries to help improve the collection system for better analysis Address safety and environmental issues, retraining and documenting as necessary What We're Looking For: REQUIRED: BS in an engineering technology field or AS in an engineering technology field with at least 2 years in a manufacturing environment Knowledge of pumps, piping, pressure gauges, and other fluid-related equipment Knowledge of basic electronics/electricity Proven troubleshooting ability Strong skills in MS EXCEL for data analysis, and other general Microsoft Office knowledge Ability to work 12 hr night shifts on a 2-2-3 rotation (Working 7 out of 14 daysà2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off) Must be able to work flexible hours to accommodate 24/7 manufacturing operation on occasion if deemed necessary. PREFERED: Thin film or paper web coating operations experience or other experience in a high speed, rotating equipment environment Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, HAZWOPER, and ISO14001 Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
