POSITION SUMMARY: The Concierge is the “Director of First Impressions” of the community and quite often the first contact for prospects, guests, and family members.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Greets, engages and assists residents, family members, guests, and visitors in a vibrant, courteous and professional manner.
Answers internal and external telephone calls, pages & walkie talkie.
Promotes programs, outings and events, encourages participation, and assists residents and/or guests with registration.
Supports community sales efforts by engaging visitors and prospective residents, collecting information, and promoting Senior Living Communities as a great place to live.
Maintains building security, monitors security systems, including the emergency call system, and responds accordingly.
Manages the operation and maintenance of all office equipment and communication devices (i.e. call transfers).
Manages mail and newspaper delivery.
Maintains and organizes facility medical records in accordance with corporate, federal, and state regulatory requirements.
Assists Business Office Manager with ordering and maintaining adequate inventory of office and community supplies.
Participates in and attends all required in-service training sessions.
Maintains HIPPA standards and regards all medical or healthcare information pertaining to residents & employees as confidential.

Basic Requirement: Medical Requirements The duties of positions in this series require moderate to arduous physical exertion involving walking and standing, use of firearms, and exposure to inclement weather. What You Will Be Doing:
As a Rental Pump Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and performing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs on a wide range of rental pumps, including centrifugal, trash, submersible, diaphragm, and high-pressure units. You will ensure all pumps are maintained to the highest standards for reliability and safety after and after rental. In this role, you will also support management by promoting safe work practices, improving operational workflows within the pump service area, and enhancing equipment quality through preventive maintenance and thorough inspections. Additionally, you will assist in the development and mentoring of junior technicians to build a strong, skilled team capable of meeting customer needs and maintaining our reputation for dependable equipment.
Primary Responsibilities:
Inspect, diagnose, troubleshoot, and locate mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic deficiencies on rental pumps, including centrifugal, trash, submersible, diaphragm, and high-pressure units.
Repair and/or replace pump components such as impellers, seals, bearings, housings, motors, and associated hydraulic or electrical systems.
Determine the extent of necessary repairs, including identifying major overhauls, and preparing orders for required parts and services.
Perform pump performance testing, calibrations, and adjustments using diagnostic tools to ensure proper operation and compliance with specifications.
Fabricate, modify, or repair pump-related parts and fittings as needed, including light welding or brazing when required.
Complete all documentation (work orders, parts orders, inspections, warranty support, comments, and time sheets) accurately and in a timely manner.
Perform all work in accordance with established time, quality standards, and safety procedures to ensure reliable equipment for customers.
Additional Responsibilities:
Participate in required safety program, and work in a safe manner.
Additional duties as assigned by manager.
Who We Are Looking For:
To be successful in this position, you should have a strong mechanical aptitude and a solid understanding of tools and equipment used for pump maintenance and repair. Familiarity with centrifugal, trash, submersible, diaphragm, and high-pressure pumps is a plus, and you should have the desire to learn and grow your technical skills. A strong sense of urgency and commitment to providing superior customer service is essential, as you will play a key role in ensuring pumps are ready for rental and meet performance standards. The ability to follow direction, work collaboratively in a team environment, and maintain a focus on safety and quality will be critical to your success in this role.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Required Qualifications/Skills:
Knowledge of pump systems including hydraulics, electrical components, mechanical assemblies, and the use of diagnostic test equipment to troubleshoot and repair centrifugal, trash, submersible, diaphragm, and high-pressure pumps.
Ability to safely operate and test pumps and related equipment; follow oral and written instructions; read and understand operator and repair manuals; work cooperatively with others; work independently with minimal supervision; and maintain accurate service records.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical information such as schematics, technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and manufacturer specifications.
Ability to operate service vehicles and equipment with all necessary licenses and certifications.
