Purpose Statement: Responsible for the creation, development and distribution of documentation necessary to the production process using customer supplied data.
Key Job Accountabilities:
Lead the entry, approval management of deviations/waivers and problem advisories as received by external and/or internal customers to ensure accurate material requirements and manufacturing processes as they arise.Conduct formatting analysis of customer bill of material data, validate revision consistency and accurately load customer bill of materials structure into Agile PLM ensuring proper set-up of new component/item data as the bill of material is used to generate material requirements, costing bill of materials and to support the manufacturing process on a daily basis. Verification of Plexus bill of material to the customer bill of material is done to ensure bill of material integrity resulting in customer satisfaction.Actively listen and respond to the needs of customer team members, actively participate as a member of the customer team to support external customer satisfaction. Contribute to customer team success by providing leadership in the customer data package, utilizing strong communication skills to ensure optimal effectiveness for the customer team.Lead the resolution of discrepancies identified between the customer and Plexus documentation with the appropriate customer contact and/or Plexus Program Management as they arise to ensure accurate material requirements and manufacturing process as well as customer satisfaction.
Additional Accountabilities:
Support the identification and documentation of more efficient process for control of documentation.Support training of document coordinators.Perform Component Analyst role responsibilities, as assigned by management.Minimal travel may be required to meet the needs of the business. (estimated 5%).Additional duties as assigned.
Education/Experience Qualifications:
A minimum of an Associate's degree is preferred. Two (2) years of related experience is required; One (1) or more years of equivalent industry experience is preferred.Experience with customer data such as bill of materials, drawings, specifications etc. is highly desired.
An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.

- Develops and modifies labeling for product labels, cartons graphics, inserts and other related material with supervision.
- Works with cross functional teams to verify labeling compliance.
- Supports labeling team collecting or transferring labeling information between templates or software systems.
- Develops and manages labeling changes within the approved document management system.
- Design product labeling with guidance from senior labeling team members but is able to troubleshoot such factors as product identification, aesthetic quality, printing, and production needs.
