Daniel Springer serves as CEO of DocuSign where he leads more than 4,000 employees worldwide to empower organizations of every size and industry to modernize their systems of agreement with the DocuSign Agreement Cloud, helping them make every agreement 100% digital. Springer has more than 25 years of executive leadership and experience in driving innovation and hyper growth across technology and, specifically, the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) industry.

Prior to DocuSign, Springer served as Chairman and CEO at Responsys for ten years where he transformed and scaled the business from private start up to the leading cross-channel marketing automation platform globally as a publicly traded company. Springer then led the sale of Responsys to Oracle for $1.6 billion. During his tenure, Springer was honored as both a Bay Area Most Admired CEO and Best CEO.

Previously, he was Managing Director of Modem Media and also served as CEO at Telleo, Inc., CMO at NextCard, and a consultant at McKinsey & Company. He started his career at DRI/McGraw-Hill and Pacific Telesis. Springer holds an MBA from Harvard University and an AB in Mathematics and Economics from Occidental College.

Springer serves or has served as a board member at both public and private companies, including iCIMS, Ansira, YuMe, ELOAN (Banco Popular), Heighten, Persado, and eGroups (Yahoo!), as well as at nonprofits, including YearUp, The Urban School, Shop.org, AdTech, The Randall Museum and The San Francisco Friends School.

Wendy Holder is an Executive Assistant to Founder, Chief Product Officer, Chief Technology Officer at DocuSign Inc and is based in San Francisco, California. She has worked as Marketing Communication Manager at Verilink, Director of Marketing Communications at Copper Mountain Networks, and Project Coordinator at Titan Management Group. Wendy attended SJSU.

Cynthia has over 25 years of experience operating, scaling and advising global, high growth technology companies. Her industry expertise spans software, SaaS, cloud, internet, mobile, e-commerce and payments. Over the course of her career she has a proven track record working alongside countless management teams on their most strategic imperatives, achieving results, scaling businesses, building teams, navigating complexity, and sustaining financial and operating excellence at scale.

Cynthia is currently on the board of DocuSign and serves as the chair of the audit committee. Until recently, she served as the Chief Financial Officer of Pivotal Software with responsibilities for leading the global finance and operations teams, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury, tax, corporate development, sales and services operations, investor relations, workplace and real estate. She was instrumental in preparing the company to go public, leading the company’s IPO and ultimately the sale of the company to VmWare.



Prior to Pivotal Cynthia ran corporate development at Twitter, leading the company through an intensive period of M&A. Prior to Twitter, Cynthia was most recently a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley in the technology investment banking group. Cynthia began her career at Hambrecht & Quist. Cynthia's investment banking experience includes leading equity, debt, and/or M&A transactions for clients including: Admob, Amazon, eBay, Electronic Arts, Facebook, GoldenGate Software, Google, Hyperion Software, Infoblox, Intuit, LinkedIn, Netflix, Palo Alto Networks, Rational Software, ServiceNow, Splunk, VeriSign, Websense, Workday and Zappos.

Cynthia earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
