DCCC also has an adult education division where students may take basic education courses. Many of DCCC's associate's degrees are highly specialized. Some examples of these specialized majors include: * Agricultural Food Chain Security * Cosmetology * Equine Science * Farm and Ranch Management * Fire Science * Floral Design * Helicopter/Flight Instruction * Nursing Those who wish to transfer to a four-year school are encouraged to pursue an academic associate's degree. Academic majors include: * Education * English * Theatre * Sociology DCCC's adult division offers ESL classes, courses in basic reading and math and GED preparation. First-year applicants should submit admissions applications, along with transcripts or a copy of their GED. DCCC also has special admissions procedures for high school juniors and seniors. DCCC offers grants and scholarships to students who meet financial and other eligibility requirements. To apply for these and other types of available aid, applicants will need to submit a FAFSA.
