Develops and ensures implementation of a program of professional and community relations in collaboration with client hospital Marketing Department. Monitor referral/admission process. Quality management activities are data driven. Utilize corporate program consultant. Participate in facility/unit safety committee activities. Carry out other duties as assigned. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to transfer patients and equipment. Frequent and prolonged bending, stooping, crouching, walking, and standing Qualifications: The incumbent shall, at a minimum, be a graduate of a bachelor's degree program in a health related, business, public relations or human services area of concentration. If clinical, must possess a current license to practice as required by the state. A track record of successful management experience in a health or human services setting and/or an extensive rehabilitation background combined with strong interpersonal and organizational skill is necessary. Experience working with a geriatric disabled population is preferred. Provision of own transportation is necessary. Computer and current technology competence.
