National Beef is looking for college students ready to explore a career in Food Safety and Technical Services Management to join our family for the summer of 2026 as a Food Safety Laboratory Technician Summer Intern. Our internship program could jump-start your career in Food Safety. You will have the opportunity to work on rewarding projects to solve real business needs. You will be introduced to our company culture and work practices and learn about department functions and how our Laboratory integrates with our entire Operations Team. This is an in-person, hands-on experience in a production facility. We will be placing one qualified intern in both our Liberal, Kansas, and Dodge City, Kansas facilities. This is a paid internship.
