Must complete and pass our 21-day New Trainer Certification Program (held in Spokane or at Off Leash HQ/Northern Virginia depending on availability) Understand that and be available to work some weekends, evenings, holidays and peak training times (dog training follows client demand) Comfortable working both at our training facility and independently from home as skills progress ⭐ Work Environment & Training This position can work from home and will require some work at our training facility. Flexible schedule. We work with our trainers to take a few days off between scheduled clients. As you gain experience and successfully train multiple dogs, you will earn more autonomy and work independently with clients. New trainers work closely with senior staff and receive hands-on coaching for their first several dogs after certification.
