Critical Job Functions: Lead, manage, and educate a diverse team of remote Pricing Engineers. Champion company goals, processes, and strategies by leading the change-management of the Pricing team. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree, preferably in a quantitative discipline (Engineering, Math or Business). 5+ years of LTL industry experience, preferably in Pricing, required. 2+ years of direct management experience. Expert user in Microsoft Excel and proficient in all other Microsoft Office software. Experience in AS400 interface. Basic knowledge of VBA, SQL, Python and/or Basic. Excellent analytical, organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills required. Eager to take on new projects and learn new skills. High aptitude of making data-driven decisions, enhancing tools and processes, and leading by example. Driven and willing to take initiative and lead a team to reach organizational goals. Highly detail-oriented with a proven ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks. Position Summary: Driving a tractor trailer long-distance between terminal locations to pick up and drop off freight. Responsibilities Essential Functions: • Drive a commercial vehicle safely while transporting freight between terminals. • Load and unload trailer, either individually or with assistance of dockworkers.
