Under the direction of the Mold Maintenance Supervisor, the Mold Maintenance Techs are responsible for evaluating, maintaining and repairing of molds. Also completing all necessary mold conversions. This will be achieved by maintaining HellermannTyton's IATF16949/ISO9001 Quality and ISO14001 EMS certifications by supporting all corporate policies, procedures, work instructions and required documentation. Essential Functions: Responsible for cleaning all injection molding tools at the end of each production run. Completely field strip mold according to PM schedule. Able to properly operate a forklift, scissor lift, overhead crane, and pallet hand jack. Stand, walk, climb, kneel, and bend for up to 8 hours, or more on occasion. Safely use hand and power tools. Have good dexterity, as some repairs or adjustments require loosening and tightening hardware in tight or hard-to-reach areas. Able to lift, push, or pull up to 70 lbs. Valid Driver's license. Bison Transport USA is currently looking for a Trailer Technician for its shop in Amherst, WI. Hours for the position are M-F 3pm - 1130pm with a Saturday morning rotation every 3 weeks. The Trailer Technician is responsible for the company's performance in terms of efficient, effective, and timely repairs and maintenance on the Bison Transport truck fleet. The TT is expected to be a team player in the maintenance department. They must be able to diagnose recurring problems and effectively communicate these to other members of the maintenance team.
