We are seeking an IT Portfolio Manager to play a central role in shaping how technology strategy is defined, governed, funded, and executed across Dolby. Your Responsibilities Reporting to the CIO, your responsibilities will be: Partner with the CIO and IT leadership to maintain and evolve the enterprise IT strategy and multi-year technology roadmap. Ensure alignment between business strategy, technology capabilities, and planned investments. Translate strategic priorities into an actionable portfolio of initiatives and services. Own and manage the IT initiative and service portfolio, providing transparency into scope, value, cost, and outcomes. Ensure IT services are clearly defined, rationalized, and aligned to business needs and demand. Lead prioritization discussions to balance innovation, run-the-business, and transformation efforts. Technology Investment & Spend Management Lead IT spend and investment management discussions, including demand intake, prioritization, and financial transparency. Partner with Finance and Procurement to support IT budgeting, forecasting, and long-range investment planning. Identify opportunities for cost optimization, supplier rationalization, and improved return on technology investments. Provide oversight of the IT delivery portfolio, ensuring initiatives are tracked against objectives. Deliver executive-level reporting on portfolio health, investment allocation, and value realization. Stakeholder Engagement & Influence Act as a strategic liaison between IT and the business, ensuring shared understanding of priorities, constraints, and trade-offs. Drive consistent decision-making frameworks and reinforce accountability for outcomes across the technology portfolio. Your Qualifications 5+ years of experience in IT strategy, portfolio management, technology finance, or related leadership roles. Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, or a related field. Demonstrated success managing IT strategy, service portfolios, and investment governance. Strong understanding of technology financial management, demand management, and portfolio prioritization. Proven ability to influence senior executives and lead cross-functional decision-making. PMP, ITIL, or related certifications preferred. The Atlanta Area base salary range for this full-time position is $136,500 - $187,400 and the Bay Area base salary range is $170,600 - $234,200, which can vary if outside this location, plus bonus, benefits, and some roles may also include equity. You will focus on the creation and implementation of multimodal and audio AI technologies from the underlying theoretical concepts to the development of prototypes and demonstrations, with the goal to create new experiences. You will drive key innovations for Dolby's core business which allow Dolby and its customers to build products that push the boundaries of sound and multimedia experiences. Summary You will push the boundaries of the state-of-the-art in audio and multimodal technologies. The ideal candidate would have a strong background in deep learning, both in terms of conceptual understanding, as well as practical experience, with previous exposure to audio applications. A core aspect of this role involves being able to keep up to date with the literature, implement, and innovate with the bleeding edge in generative models, self-supervised learning, and multi-modal learning. With the explosion of large language models and natural language processing, you will partner closely with Dolby's worldwide AI research staff, which actively pursues the integration of such models into audio and media experiences. Responsibilities Design and own a full-funnel orchestrated campaign for a specific segment/initiative and lead the implementation of Demand Generation, Nurturing, and ABM tactics (media, webinars, events, email, etc.). Define the necessary scope and implementation plan based on business goals, segment priorities, and budget allocation. Understand digital buyer's journey and leverage customer insights to define touchpoints, with audience-specific value propositions and compelling reasons to act. Play the entire funnel - from top-of-mind awareness through consideration and preference to purchase, for the owned campaign. Collaborate and coordinate internal and external campaign stakeholders (sales, HP center of excellence (COE) teams, Marketing Ops, extended marketing team, as well as external vendors and 3rd party providers). Assess the performance and return on the campaign's marketing investment (ROMI) and analyze and report regular results, contribution, and continuous improvement plans. Full budget responsibility for the campaign, including the planning, allocation and negotiations for the dedicated marketing activities. Stay on the cutting edge of marketing best practices in the Enterprise by researching the latest trends and gathering new ideas from industry analysts, experts, vendors/agencies, and peers/competitors. Education And Experience Required BA or BS in Marketing or related field; MBA is a plus. +6 years marketing experience. B2B segment experience desired. Knowledge of digital, social and content marketing. Strong project management skills. Written and oral communications skills, including negotiating, presenting, and influencing. Ability to interface effectively with all levels of management and functional disciplines, both within and outside HP.
