JOB SUMMARY
The Production Manager leads the production operations across Cooperton and Roosevelt aggregate sites, overseeing mining, processing, stockpiling, loading, and shipping activities. This role ensures safe, efficient, and compliant operations by managing site-level supervisors and teams, driving continuous improvement, and collaborating with Sales, Reliability & Maintenance, and other functional leaders to meet production goals, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements. The Production Manager plays a key role in capital planning, employee development, and fostering a culture of safety and operational excellence. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Ten (10) years of progressively responsible experience in production or manufacturing, including at least 5-7 years in a management role.
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Industry experience in aggregate mining preferred.

JOB SUMMARY
The Drill Operator Leadman will coordinate and oversee the daily activities of the Drill Operators. This role ensures safe operation, maintenance, and productivity of the exploration drill rig while supporting drilling and sampling activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Direct, train, and supervise Drill Operators to ensure tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with the exploration plan and procedures.
Collaborate with the Exploration Supervisor and Quarry Operations to plan and schedule drilling and sample testing.
Operate the drill rig as an active driller when required by project demands, personnel coverage, or for on-the-job training and supervision.
Perform and oversee gradation size analysis and log drill hole samples to assess material quality and determine sand and stone content.
Enforce company policies and comply with all local, state, and federal regulations (MSHA, OSHA, etc.) for safe and environmentally responsible operations.
Manage logistical requirements for site access and drilling readiness, including permits, utility locates, coordination with operations on site-specific needs, and staging of tools and materials for the crew.
Oversee drill rig maintenance by tracking and maintaining parts inventory, submitting weekly purchase orders, and performing preventative maintenance. Document and recommend major repairs or upgrades to optimize rig uptime.
Accurately update GIS database with utility locations, final drill data, water-elevation, and collapse depths.
Assist with technical evaluations of exploration data and ensure permit lines and bonded area lines are properly marked in the field.
Maintain regular, reliable attendance at the worksite or assigned work location.
Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum 5 years of exploration drilling experience required.
Valid Oklahoma Class A Commercial Driver's License.

JOB SUMMARY
The Production Supervisor oversees daily operational activities at Dolese's aggregate sites, including pit and plant production (e.g., primary, secondary, chip, wash plants). The Aggregate Outside Sales Role is responsible for marketing and sales of aggregates and related customer service in assigned territory. This position will build and maintain relationships with customers by offering “World Class Service” and helping our customers navigate the Oklahoma construction market as it relates to aggregates within these projects. JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for the safe driving and efficient delivery of concrete to industrial, commercial, and residential construction job sites.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Regular, reliable attendance at the worksite or assigned work location
Operate and drive a ready mix truck in a safe and efficient manner adhering to the Department of Transportation (DOT) and Dolese Bros. Co. rules and regulations
Perform daily, weekly, and 100-hour preventative maintenance, record and inspection on vehicles to include fueling, cleaning, tire/light inspection, checking and adding fluids as needed
Use water hoses, brushes and other cleaning supplies, to maintain a clean mixer truck
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Complete and maintain a DOT Daily Log Book
Assist maintenance with repairs as needed
Communicate, understand and direct workers verbally either directly, through two-way radio or hand signals
Visually inspect the consistency of concrete in mixer
Provide appropriate documentation on delivery tickets
Ensure all delivery tickets are signed and returned to the Dolese Ready Mix plant
Exercise good judgment regarding work site access, unloading and operation to and from delivery site
Assist in training of co-workers as needed
Maintain good customer relations by acting in a professional and courteous manner
Continuously follow all safety rules and work in safe and efficient manner
QUALIFICATIONS:

QUALIFICATIONSEducation & Experience

The Construction Project Engineer is responsible for planning, managing, and executing all aspects of capital expenditure projects throughout the lifecycle of the project. The Concrete Delivery Professional is responsible for driving and delivering concrete to industrial, commercial, and residential construction job sites in a safe and efficient manner adhering to DOT and company rules and regulations.
