How close I live.
Lower pay than what's listed here on this site
I help people
I do not like corporate management. They are far too detached from stores and customers.
Hours. One person per hour opened is not enough
I dressed appropriately
My pay is extremely lower than industry average. And I'm told I can not get raise because I have reached top.
They are way too concerned with this, just raise pay and we can have better qualified candidates to choose from. Right now pay is so low. Hardly any applicants at all
Helping people.
Customers My schedule
None
Seeing and talking to the customers and seeing new products when they came in
Customer service , paperwork , stocking of products
Short staffed , long hours on the weekends
Discount on purchases , paid sick leave , paid vacation , and 401k
