Job Details Duties & Responsibilities: What major responsibilities does this position have and what percentage of time is spent on completing them? * Lead projects to improve licensing processes by utilizing the experience of coordinating, processing, researching and remitting licensing applications and tax notices, personal property and real property tax payments, and coordinating daily processes and functions with third party law firms dedicated to beer and wine licensing. * Assist Licensing Supervisor with various reporting and workflow functions pertinent to tracking, processing, paying, reviewing, coordinating, and collaborating with others groups, both internal and external, as necessary to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all functions, duties, and responsibilities. * Acts as an informal Licensing Supervisor, where appropriate, and assists with training of new hires.
