As a Regional Manager-In-Training, you will undergo training to cultivate your skills in overseeing store operations and managing multiple Dollar Loan Center locations. Key Qualifications:
At least 5 years of management experience leading a team in consumer lending, banking, customer service or sales related fields

Proven ability to drive growth, profit and manage projects from initiation to completion
Effective communicator with strong presentation abilities with in-depth knowledge of operations, sales, lending, and collection principles

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
New store construction:
Assist in ongoing construction of new locations.
Will be part of a team to ensure all ongoing construction is compliance with current ADA building standards.
Ensure that the opening of new locations goes seamlessly with the assistance of all FTS employees.
Be available to the FTS Manager or Management team upon request.
Keep detailed logs of all procedures used for fixing a problem to update the internal help desk ticket. This will help prevent unnecessary down time and repeating the same thing repeatedly.
Respond to service request regarding air-conditioning systems, general electrical, general plumbing, water heaters, carpentry, painting, and other required maintenance items.
Understand the proper use of equipment, chemicals, and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Ensure that unsafe conditions are corrected in a timely manner.
Maintain and manage all equipment in store and warehouse
Forklift certified.
Work Manage confidential information.
Regular and consistent attendance.

Requirements for Education and/or Experience:
High School Diploma or GED.
Must have 2+ years demonstrated successful experience in all aspects of building maintenance.
Must have a clean driving record and be able to travel as needed to complete various facility projects.

Specialized Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
