Nothing, they don't care about their employees, that's the truth, it's all about corporate greed.

How would you improve Dollar Tree's culture?

Treat everyone better, know their worth

How does your compensation at Dollar Tree compare to the industry average?

What compensation? I live in Washington State it's too expensive here, don't make quat, you don't give stockers enough hours and yet if it wasn't for us, no product would be put out and sales would drastically decrease

What brings you the most joy at Dollar Tree?

That I know how to do my job well.

Pros of working at Dollar Tree

Meeting new people and interaction between the people in the community. I also enjoy the variety of products that they offer.

Cons of working at Dollar Tree

One thing I don't like about working for Dollar tree is the sudden changes they make with the products.
