I like my manager, I like stocking I'm fast and good at it!
I live in Washington State Enumlaw (King county) to be exact and almost every employee from dollar tree in other cities in whole state make more then we do
Nothing, they don't care about their employees, that's the truth, it's all about corporate greed.
Treat everyone better, know their worth
What compensation? I live in Washington State it's too expensive here, don't make quat, you don't give stockers enough hours and yet if it wasn't for us, no product would be put out and sales would drastically decrease
That I know how to do my job well.
Meeting new people and interaction between the people in the community. I also enjoy the variety of products that they offer.
One thing I don't like about working for Dollar tree is the sudden changes they make with the products.
