    Job Title: General Warehouse Associate Job Type: Full-Time Opportunities Available Join Our Dollar Tree Family - Where Hard Work Meets Opportunity We are looking for energetic and reliable individuals to join our team at the Dollar Tree Distribution Center in Marengo, Ohio. As a General Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in one of our key departments: Shipping, Receiving, or Order Selection. Schedule and Shifts Shift 2-Monday-Friday 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm. ($17.50 hr. base pay + $1.00/hr. shift Premium totaling $18.50/hr.) Shift 3-Sunday-Thursday 11:00 pm-7:00 am ($17.50 hr. base pay + $1.50/Hr shift Premium totaling $19.00/hr.) What You'll Do: Receiving Department: * Unload trailers, check in product, and palletize merchandise all while keeping our warehouse clean and safe. * Meet production goals Shipping Department: * Load trailers efficiently by stacking boxes from the conveyor line into trailers all while keeping our warehouse clean and safe. * Meet production goals. Order Selection Department: * Use a voice-pick headset system to select boxes * Place labels on boxes and move them to the conveyor belt * Meet production goals per minute, hour, and day, all while keeping our warehouse clean and safe. What You Bring: * No certifications required - just a strong work ethic. * Safety Mindset - 100% Commitment. * Ability to lift 50-70 lbs. Lift up to 500 boxes or more per hour. * Previous warehouse experience, preferred, not required. * Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for 8-12 hours per shift. * Reliable attendance and transportation. * Dependability and team spirit.
