No on-road preventable accidents during the past (3) years as shown on the Motor Vehicle Road (MVR); accidents are reviewed by CMC Logistics
No more than 1 moving violation in the previous 3 years
No violation for speeding excessively, 15 mph or more above the posted speed limit in previous 3 years
TWIC Card Holder Preferred
Ability to work a flexible schedule

**Non CDL Local Route Driver**
Iron Mountain is seeking a **skilled** Non CDL Local Route Driver to join our **Operations** team. In this role, you will be responsible for **safely and efficiently operating a company vehicle** on local routes and **providing exceptional, security-focused customer service** . You will play a key role in ensuring the secure and timely delivery of customer materials, upholding Iron Mountain's commitment to service excellence.
**What You'll Do (Responsibilities)**
In this role, you will:
+ **Operate and maintain** a company Non CDL vehicle safely and efficiently throughout your assigned local route, ensuring all security procedures are strictly followed.
+ **Manage** the complete logistics of the route, including the secure loading, transport, and delivery/pickup of materials, while accurately preparing all required paperwork and records.
+ **Collaborate** with dispatch and customers to ensure timely order delivery and exhibit strong customer service and verbal communication skills as the face of Iron Mountain.
**What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)**
The ideal candidate will have:
+ **At least one (1)** year of preferred experience in route transportation or a similar field.
+ **Strong knowledge** of safe driving practices, vehicle maintenance, and the ability to maintain all security procedures for sensitive customer assets.
+ **Proven ability** to perform the physical requirements of the job, including routinely lifting up to 70 pounds and carrying/moving bins up to 350 pounds over various terrains.
+ **A valid Non CDL Driver's License** with a good driving record and a minimum age of 21.
