Coworkers were great and everyone got along.
Management was horrible and most of the departments did their own thing. There was a divide between the Greenville and Boca office. Pay was low and not competitive. Very little space to grow pressionally.
Hybrid work schedule/Downtown parking.
Look for a job elsewhere unless you're desperate.
Focus on one goal and focus on how each department connects to one another.
Be more present in the day to day.
Hybrid work and generally good culture
Poor management. Too many chiefs that don't agree and often make independent decisions in contrast to the others. Just not on the same page, and it negatively impacts staff.
