Ensures secure, standardized, and highly available OT environments across all operational sites. Essential Functions: OT Connectivity & Infrastructure · Deploy, configure, and support Cradlepoint routers and associated LTE/5G connectivity used to provide secure, reliable site communications. · Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize network paths between field equipment, HMIs, cloud services, and control platforms. · Implement and maintain redundancy, failover, and health monitoring for OT connectivity. HMI Fleet Management · Lifecycle ownership of all MPW HMIs, including hardware specification, imaging, deployment, patching, security hardening, and replacements. · Ensure standardized, reliable delivery of MPW's HMI software stack across all field and industrial deployments. · Oversee configuration, performance tuning, logging, and health of HMI devices.
