I drive around listen to music and I serve others pizza with kindness.
My manager is not the best and I am not from gainesville, therefore, I am sometimes troubled with meeting new people.
It is that I enjoy the wealth and make more money everyday.
Hes funny and I handle the team very proffesionally.
Making sure more customers get their pizza hotter
I wrote my resume and I was very proffesional with the staff.
50k a year is not bad and I just wanted to put myself in the workforce to see how it was like.
I feel good everyone is chill and calm and it feels like a great experience everyday.
Making money everyday and. being apart of the dominos team
Taking orders from customers. Making food for customers. Clean store when done. In charge of register. Closing store. Counting the money. Getting honest feedback from both customers in from employees. Able to work around schedules.
Tough working with manager. Closing store by myself. Low pay.
Great atmosphere and fast work pace
Draining and reptative
The people are great and it builds customer service skills along with management experience
Working with my best friend
The management, lack of communication, teamwork, no direction daily, negative energy
Working with the only other person who busts their ass and basically carry’s the place. True hard worker.
i wouldn't mind working there again but only if it were under a management position
i enjoyed the work environment and the people
there were no perks or benefits unfortunately
I used to be a Domino's Pizza Franchisee. It was a great time when I worked and owned stores back in between 1989 till 1999 when I sold my 3 stores. Back then you had to be a manager for a year before you could start a franchise.
I worked some long hours as an owner operator.
Free pizza was always a nice benefit.
Great staff, good hours, understanding boss, helpful staff
Nothing
Discount for employees
I was a manager and driver. I got to do things I’ve never done before it was a great learning experience.
The late hours. Leaving work at 2am Everyday just to be back at 10am
The cash bonuses
Fun People are really nice great management most of the time
No breaks Fast pace most of the time
Free food Great people to work with flexible schedule
Very flexible hours.
No breaks as an assistant manager. A lot of work for not much pay. Supervisors try to talk to in a disrespectful manner!
Free Pizza!
Delivery experts
Less hours
Flexible schedule near my home address all the employees good & management is awesome
Working with a team has allowed me to gain knowledge and great experience from the roll as assistant manager.
Learning from my co workers. As well as healthy benefits and etc.
I liked how i was able to talk to people. A good first job.
The managers were unfair.
Scheduling was easy
The people were good.
The incentivization of managers to be marking drivers as out for delivery before orders are ready, and other similar tactics to make their metrics look better.
One of only two perks, and the only perk I made use of, was the discounts on in store 20oz beverages, making them only cost $1
It was nice to please the customers with good food.
GMs don't give you any hours and constantly cut labor and put high pressure on lower management and still expect pizzas to be made quickly.
You can get food discounted. The hourly rate wasn't terrible
I didnt like anything about it in the end but when there was a competent manager there you make good money In a fun fast paced environment. The manager is making it so I can’t make the money I used to make. He fires drivers and then takes them back, takes care of his buddies and lets things slide that he shouldn’t (employees getting high on the job, managers not doing their jobs correctly, and just unprofessional in general. He treats his nice, hardworking employees like crap and he lets all his friends sit around and play on their phone while the nice hardworking employees do all the work.
The staff
Driving my car around and blasting music
