Job Description
McDonald's is on an exciting journey to build new capabilities as we open new global offices in Mexico and India. We are seeking a Director of Program Management to design and lead the end-to-end program and project management activities to ensure we have clear governance and leadership cadence in place from day one. This individual will be focused on ensuring on time delivery of project objectives through project management rigor, communication of key project achievements and outcomes. The focus of this role will be to program manager the set up and management of the set up of McDonald's offices in India and Mexico.
Responsibilities:
+ Provides leadership, direction, and support to the Mexico and India Global Offices program and workstream teams, including the Head of GBS Operations and Sr. Director of Strategy and Planning.
+ In partnership with GBS leaders, define integrated roadmap across global functions for capabilities to be delivered and create linkages across all transformation efforts to ensure we effectively operate our India and Mexico global offices.
+ Work across Transformation Management Office, include VRO, to define and manage processes across Mexico and India global offices such as chargeback model, entity and board governance, legal and regulatory filings, value realization/business case planning.
+ Establishes a program governance framework and PMO support model to track workstream performance to monitor the project progress and monitor performance of 3rd party partners.
+ Keeps track of the global office program status to provide insight to leadership by synthesizes information and communicating in a simple, effective way.
+ Facilitates cross-functional collaboration and communication to ensure alignment across key stakeholders.
+ Leads critical initiatives to optimize the project delivery process and drive continuous improvement to ensure the success of the project.
Qualifications
+ Expertise in Project Management Principles: 10+ years' experience in project management methodologies, tools, techniques. Ability to lead the program's project management and work with senior leadership.
+ Professional Qualifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is preferred.

Department Overview
The Employee Relations Team is responsible for consulting on people issues and initiatives to various stakeholders including, company owned restaurant employees, former employees, restaurant management, operations staff, franchise owners and field HR partners. We collaborate with our customers to provide HR expertise while also ensuring there is minimal or no negative impact to McDonald's brand. Duties
+ Conduct virtual employee relations investigations for corporate-owned restaurant employees and corporate staff.
+ Leverage case management tools to track and manage critical employee relations cases, ensuring timely resolution and proactively mitigating organizational risk.
+ Respond to general HR policy related inquiries from key stakeholders via email/phone.
+ Proactively anticipate impact of internal and external influences (national and local legislation, organized labor, workforce trends, etc.) on McDonald's business.
+ Educate and influence Operations & HR partners to optimize positive employee relations and protect the brand.
+ Assist with training & onboarding of new team members.
+ Seek opportunities to build relationships with key internal business partners including U.S. HR, Operations, Labor & Employment Legal, and U.S. Security.
+ Proactively identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities, reducing cost/time savings.
+ Work on internal projects/assignments as needed.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
+ 3+ years of Human Resources experience.
+ 2+ years recent employee relations experience.
+ Demonstrated knowledge of state and federal employment laws including: FMLA, ADA, FLSA, NLRB, Title VII.
+ Experience conducting virtual employee relations investigations.
+ Bilingual (English/Spanish).

Department Overview
The Director, Corporate Communications will drive business performance and advance McDonald's reputation through stories that rally and engage external stakeholders around the brand's strategic priorities, brand and impact. DRIVING SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES
Deliver product by car and then to door of customer.
Deliver flyers and door hangers.
REQUIRES
Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards.
Access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area.
Must navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Carrying
During delivery, carry pizzas and beverages while performing walking and climbing duties.
Driving
Deliver pizzas within a designated delivery area. A Team Member may make several deliveries per shift.
Walking
Delivery personnel must travel between the store and delivery vehicle and from the delivery vehicle to the customer's location.
Climbing
During delivery of product, navigation of five or more flights of stairs may be required.

* Receive and process telephone orders.

Communication Skills - Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions. Ability
To communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the
phone and in person on our touch screen computer system.
Essential Functions/Skills - Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
