Job Description
The Production Supervisor will assist the Production Manager with the supervision and coordination of production associates engaged in the production of pizza dough.
The Production Supervisor will train new team members on daily job duties. They will ensure team members are working safe and are trained in food safety and other job duties to maintain consistency throughout the production and dough handling process.
Schedule: Monday-Friday: 1pm-9:30pm
Compensation: $70-$75,000, based on experience + up to a 10% company bonus
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Assist the Production Manager in all aspects of production operations in accordance with established company and industry standards and processes.
Leadership:
Recruit and interview new team members
Attend and participate in annual Leadership & Development training sessions.
Supervise and lead the Production Team in the absence of the Production Manager
Ensure team members are receiving proper training on dough production, proofing, temperature checks, checking dough ball weights
Keep the manager informed when team members are not meeting expectations
Follow progressive discipline according to guidelines
Ensure a safe and positive work environment in compliance with OSHA, company standards, local, state, and federal requirements, and overall morale and respect among team members
Ensure standardization of dough formula and make changes when instructed by QC
Order production supplies, flour, and sanitation materials
Assist with monitoring and verifying that Solo Chain and production ingredients are correct. Remove spoiled dough from Solo Chain and receive production raw ingredients into the system
Assist with the troubleshooting of dough issues that occur in the marketplace, and periodically visit stores to check the quality of product
Reporting:
Assist in compiling daily key indicators
Assist in preparing daily production statistical reports, including pounds per man hour, overtime, trays per hour, total trays, and total hours used
Assist with the dough library for each single day of production and use it as a reference for dough concerns
Prepare period summary for the Manager and Director regarding progress (Downtime, Staffing, OPRT, Audit, Safety) as part of the development
Assist in the performance of test bakes and record
Production Inventory Planning:
Accurately track inventory of production supply items
Order and replenish production inventory items
Understand the receiving of production items and scrapping dough in solo chain
Coordinate with chemical vendors to ensure all correct chemicals are on-site
Coordinate with oil and flour mill vendors to schedule loads to be delivered to the site
Production Workflow Enhancements:
Continually inspect the production area to verify that everything is operating properly
Ensure GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) are being followed and team members are wearing PPE when handling the product
Make recommendations to Manager on how to improve operational procedures and processes
Perform other duties as assigned by Manager and/or Director
As needed, work as a production team member and perform tasks necessary to meet production goals
Master all operational functions or rotations needed

Qualifications
High school diploma or GED, 2-year college degree preferred
2+ years of production or manufacturing experience, preferably bakery manufacturing
2+ years of documented supervisory experience
Food certification and/or bakery experience preferred
HAACP certified preferred
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software
Ability to become and maintain dough certification
Willingness to support a 24-hour operation, be on call, including carrying an emergency cell phone as needed
Ability to work with yeast and flour products
Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check

Department Overview
The Field Operations Consultant role conducts objective restaurant standards evaluations such as Operations Excellence Assessments, Food Safety visits and National Restaurant Building and Equipment Standards assessments. Duties

Position Description
Flynn Group is now seeking a Facilities Manager! The Facilities Manager will perform facilities project management, including repair/maintenance review, contractor solicitation and bid review, plan review for errors and omissions, construction/repair coordination, and warranty inspections. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Moving and Operation of Tractor/Trailer
Walk the yard to identify and document [in the DVCR booklet] vehicle defects. Communicate maintenance needs to D&S Team Leaders [Daily]
Obtain tractor/trailer list from D&S, record odometer, hub readings, and engine hours from equipment, and send to lease company [Weekly]
Ensure trailers loaded with refrigerated products, i.e., cheese, chicken, etc., are at adequate temperature
Ensure Warehouse Team Members have trailers to unload and/or load
Assist with the unloading of trailers when necessary
Reposition tractor/trailers on the yard to and from docks
Comply with Domino's Chock, Safety Cone, and Dock Signal Light policy
Shuttle tractor/trailers to and from the logistic supplier
Take trailers to be washed and cleaned
Assist with backhauls
May be assigned to assist Drivers on a designated route(s) to unload products to Domino's stores
Listen to and timely assist management and Drivers
Required to always wear and follow Domino's uniform standards
Attend scheduled safety, team meetings, and training sessions
Follow all local, state, federal, and Domino's safety rules, policies, and procedures
Attend classroom instruction facilitated by the Delivery and Service Team Leader, which covers Domino's Chock, Safety Cone and Dock Signal Light Policy, Accident Procedure Policy, and any other pertinent policy and/or instruction information.
Complete Necessary Paperwork
Maintain DVIR booklets
Comply with DOT log regulations
Accountable for the vehicle and product
Clock in and out in timekeeping and People Net system

High School Diploma or GED
Must be at least 21 years of age
Six months of verifiable CMV driving experience, one year preferred
Proof of 25,000 verifiable miles of CMV driving experience preferred
Must have a valid class A Commercial Driver's License [CDL] with Air Brakes
Must maintain a DOT Med Cert
Must always meet the defined MVR standards to remain qualified to drive company commercial motor vehicle
Must successfully pass a background check every third year on your anniversary date
Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including but not limited to nights, weekends, and holidays, as well as short notice on occasion
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time, climb stairs, and lift to 50 lbs. frequently and 100 lbs. on occasion, perform heavy pushing/pulling of product, work in refrigerated conditions [33-38 degrees], outdoor weather [rain, sleet, heat, snow, etc.], and work in environment with exposure to loud machinery, when necessary.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
+ 2+ years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment with profit & loss accountability, schedule writing, and team member development
+ Obtain and maintain ServeSafe Certification within 45 days of employment.
+ High school diploma or GED.
+ Demonstrated ability to maintain financial controls and coach and train hourly employees.
+ Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance and employee satisfaction.

Pay Range: $55,000-$60,000/ annually
