Job Description
The Warehouse Supervisor will assist the Warehouse Manager with the supervision and coordination of all aspects of warehouse operations. They will effectively and efficiently handle customer service complaints and concerns as well as train new associates in job duties. They will coordinate associate tasks and responsibilities to receive, store, and load food products and support goods in accordance with established company standards and procedures while controlling cost.
Schedule: 11:00am start time, working until finished. Must be available to work Sundays and Friday's as part of your 5 day schedule. (Days off would be Saturday and another day during the week).
Compensation: $70,000-$75,000 and up to 10% yearly bonus
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED, 2-year college degree preferred
2+ years of warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience
2+ years of documented supervisory experience
Have and maintain forklift certification
Thorough knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control
SAP strongly preferred
Solid knowledge of OSHA regulations
Ability to work with yeast and flour products
Must successfully pass a preemployment background check
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time, climb stairs, and lift up to 30 lbs. frequently and 50 lbs. on occasion, perform heavy pushing/pulling of product, work in refrigerated conditions [33-38 degrees], and work in environment with exposure to loud machinery, when necessary

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual with strong work ethics and values to join our team as a Supervisor. As a Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our restaurants. You will be responsible for overseeing daily activities, managing staff, and maintaining quality standards to deliver exceptional guest experience.
A supervisor is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and for making sure the restaurant meets McDonald's critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (restaurant operations). To meet restaurant goals, the Supervisor doesn't work alone. He or She will lead a team of General Managers in more than one restaurant. This means helping the General Managers to set their own goals, following up on their progress, and providing coaching and direction to improve their restaurants. Management of the Key Performance Indicators to have a successful P&L is essential to this role.
A supervisor may also assist in the hiring and development of Department and Shift Managers to make sure that the restaurant has the right team to lead into the future. They will be responsible for hiring and developing salaried managers.
Responsibilities:
Team Management:
* Lead and supervise a team of restaurant staff, including crew members and shift leaders.
* Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve operational excellence and provide outstanding customer service.
* Conduct performance evaluations, set performance goals, and provide constructive feedback to foster growth and development.
Operational Excellence:
* Ensure all operational procedures, food safety, and quality standards are consistently met or exceeded.
* Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with management to order supplies and products as needed.
* Oversee the preparation and cooking of food to maintain consistency, quality, and presentation.
* Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Health and Safety Compliance:
* Adhere to and enforce health and safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Financial Management:

Reporting:
Assist in compiling daily key indicators
Assist in preparing daily production statistical reports including pounds per labor hour, overtime, trays per hour, total trays, and total hours used
Assist with dough library for each single day of production and use it as reference for dough concerns
Assist in the performance of test bakes and record
Production Inventory Planning:
Accurately track inventory of production supply items
Order and replenish production inventory items, flour and supplies
Understand the receiving of production items and scraping dough in the WMS
Coordinate with chemical vendors to ensure all correct chemicals are on site
Coordinate with oil and flour mill to schedule loads to be delivered to the site
Production Workflow Enhancements:
Regular inspection of the production area to ensure efficiency
Ensure GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) are being followed, and team members are wearing proper PPE
Make recommendations to manager on how to improve operational procedures and processes
Perform other duties as assigned by managers and/or Director
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or GED, some college expected with 2-3 years of bakery or manufacturing experience, 2-year college degree preferred
