The supervisor is responsible for scheduling drivers, routing trucks, reviewing trip sheets for accuracy and ensuring compliance with DOT regulations, state, local laws, and company policies and programs. Effectively and efficiently handle customer complaints and concerns. Train new drivers in job duties, safely, and complete Job Safety Observations (JSO). The supervisor must be comfortable working in a diverse, fast paced environment.
