I drive around listen to music and I serve others pizza with kindness.

My manager is not the best and I am not from gainesville, therefore, I am sometimes troubled with meeting new people.

It is that I enjoy the wealth and make more money everyday.

Hes funny and I handle the team very proffesionally.

Making sure more customers get their pizza hotter

I wrote my resume and I was very proffesional with the staff.

50k a year is not bad and I just wanted to put myself in the workforce to see how it was like.

I feel good everyone is chill and calm and it feels like a great experience everyday.

Making money everyday and. being apart of the dominos team

Really fun, you get to learn a lot of things working as an insider and you aren’t ever waiting on other people, it’s about 90% all on you which I enjoy

Like I said, you hardly have to rely on other people to do your job, and you do get time and a half on holidays

i wouldn't mind working there again but only if it were under a management position

The fact that you have to do multiple jobs because they are understaffed, the pay isn't worth the work, and you don't get to take a break unless you smoke cigarettes.

I used to be a Domino's Pizza Franchisee. It was a great time when I worked and owned stores back in between 1989 till 1999 when I sold my 3 stores. Back then you had to be a manager for a year before you could start a franchise.

I worked some long hours as an owner operator.

Free pizza was always a nice benefit.

Everyone is so easy to get along with and the job is easy

They don't give you a set schedule and if they do they still have you stay later than supposed to.

Manager was very understandable when it came to have days off, good tip money, good job starter

Rarely had anyone working, Weekend shift usually end with only 3 people working, Understaff, No breaks

The incentivization of managers to be marking drivers as out for delivery before orders are ready, and other similar tactics to make their metrics look better.

One of only two perks, and the only perk I made use of, was the discounts on in store 20oz beverages, making them only cost $1

It was nice to please the customers with good food.

GMs don't give you any hours and constantly cut labor and put high pressure on lower management and still expect pizzas to be made quickly.

You can get food discounted. The hourly rate wasn't terrible

My favorite benefit Is gaining more money.

I didnt like anything about it in the end but when there was a competent manager there you make good money In a fun fast paced environment. The manager is making it so I can’t make the money I used to make. He fires drivers and then takes them back, takes care of his buddies and lets things slide that he shouldn’t (employees getting high on the job, managers not doing their jobs correctly, and just unprofessional in general. He treats his nice, hardworking employees like crap and he lets all his friends sit around and play on their phone while the nice hardworking employees do all the work.
