Josh James is an American entrepreneur, founder and CEO of Domo, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) company. He also previously co-founded and served as CEO of Omniture, a web analytics company.

Bruce brings more than 25 years of financial operations and management excellence to Domo. For almost six years, he was CFO of SuccessFactors, guiding the company through a public offering, six acquisitions, and its $3.4 billion sale to SAP. Bruce has served as CFO for LANDesk Software, Auction.com, and Qualix Group. While at Qualix Group, he led its public offering and merger into Legato Systems, a company that was later acquired by EMC. An entrepreneur in his own right, Bruce founded Renaissance Software, serving as its CFO and head of sales. Being Domo CFO gives Bruce an added perk of getting to spend more time with his family at their Park City ski home. Bruce holds a BS in accounting from the University of South Carolina and an MBA from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business.

Catherine brings extensive technology and engineering management experience to Domo's seasoned leadership team. She joins Domo from Adobe and Omniture, where she started 13 years ago as a software engineer. During her tenure, she ascended through the ranks, taking on increased and varied responsibility with key roles in product management, product integration, technical architecture and engineering management, leading teams of more than 500 people. Over the course of her career, Catherine has been awarded patents in data segmentation, data visualization and SaaS data collection. She is an original member of the advisory board for the Women Tech Council and served on the advisory board for the College of Engineering at the University of Utah. She holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from Brigham Young University.

Chris brings more than 20 years of design leadership in web, mobile and data visualization to Domo as vice president of user experience. His hyper focus on combining data, technology and emerging trends in innovative ways is what continues to make Domo an indispensable tool for customers. Prior to Domo, Chris co-founded HOUR Detroit magazine and Footnote.com (now Fold3.com), which was acquired by Ancestry.com for $27 million. Before moving into the technology space he was an award-winning illustrator and journalist with multiple published works to his name. In between thinking of new ways to innovate the Domo experience, Chris works to maintain his appointed “most interesting man” status by embarking on any number of risky activities like skydiving, soaring, and—his most adventurous activity—being a dad.

John brings more than 25 years of technology industry experience to Domo, where he is responsible for shaping the company’s corporate strategy and positioning. Domo transforms businesses by getting cross-departmental data directly into the hands of decision makers across the enterprise from the CEO to the frontline worker so they can make better decisions and take actions that drive the business forward.

Mellor joined Adobe through the company’s acquisition of Omniture in 2009 where he served as Executive Vice President of Marketing and drove all marketing efforts to strategically advance the largest standalone web analytics business. Previously, he served as senior leadership for RichFX, an online merchandising company for high-end retailers. Mellor also co-founded and led strategy and business development for Viewpoint, a provider of interactive media technology and services for websites and enterprise applications, which was acquired in 1998 by Computer Associates.

An experienced public speaker, Mellor presents at numerous conferences and trade shows on topics such as digital marketing, advertising, media and business optimization.



Mellor holds both a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and an MBA from Brigham Young University.

Dan has worked closely with technology and emerging growth companies throughout his entire career. Prior to Domo, he was general counsel and secretary at Fusion-io, where he was instrumental in the company’s $270M IPO on the NYSE and its $1.3B sale to SanDisk Corporation. Before transitioning to an in-house advisor, Dan was an attorney at Silicon Valley-based Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. There he specialized in technology transactions and intellectual property.
