Mr. Kitch was promoted to CEO on April 1 2020. He previously served as senior vice president and general manager of Clearwater Paper’s consumer products business since 2018. Prior to that, he served as vice president of finance and vice president of financial planning and analysis since joining the company in 2013. Before Clearwater Paper, Mr. Kitch was a finance director at Nestlé USA and previously was at KKR Capstone and Frito Lay. He received an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley.

Mark Sutton became chairman of the International Paper Board of Directors on January 1, 2015, and CEO on November 1, 2014. Immediately prior to becoming CEO, he served as president and chief operating officer with responsibility for leading and running the company’s global businesses. He has been a member of the International Paper Board of Directors since June 1, 2014. Sutton has been with the company his entire career. He joined International Paper in 1984, as an engineer at the Pineville, La., mill. In 1994, he was named mill manager at the Thilmany, Wisc., mill which at the time was part of International Paper’s industrial papers business. In 2000, Sutton relocated to Europe to serve as director of European corrugated packaging operations and was promoted to vice president and general manager responsible for all corrugated packaging operations across seven countries in the EMEA (Europe, the Middle East and Africa) region in 2002. In 2005, he was named vice president of corporate strategic planning and relocated to Memphis. He was elected senior vice president, global supply chain, in 2007 and in 2009 became senior vice president, printing and communications papers - the Americas. Sutton was appointed senior vice president, industrial packaging, in November 2011. Sutton serves on the Board of Directors for The Kroger Company. He is a member of the Business Council, serves on the American Forest & Paper Association Board of Directors, the Business Roundtable Board of Directors, and the International Advisory Board of the Moscow School of Management - Skolkovo. He was appointed Chairman of the U.S. Russian Business Council. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Memphis Tomorrow and the Board of Governors for New Memphis Institute. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Louisiana State University.

Since joining Glen Raven in 1989, Oehmig has held increasingly responsible positions including leading the construction and management of Glen Raven’s technologically advanced 1-million-square-foot Sunbrella® fabrics manufacturing center. Oehmig served as President of Glen Raven Custom Fabrics, LLC prior to being named President and Chief Operating Officer of Glen Raven, Inc. in 2013. He was named Chief Executive Officer of the company in 2017. His community and industry service involvement has included the United Way, Anderson University, Tri County Technical College, Institute of Textile Technology, United States Industrial Fabrics Institute and the Industrial Fabrics Association International. Oehmig earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business and an MBA degree from Clemson University.

Donald J. Hendler as CEO, and Stephen B. Sokolow as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Leviton Manufacturing Company, Harold Leviton, through a carefully-architected succession plan, ensured that the Company his father started in 1906 would continue to serve the marketplace as a private, family-owned and operated company. Leviton, CEO and Chairman of the Board, passed away earlier this month, leaving two of his sons-in-law to lead the Company as it progresses through its second hundred years in operation. Hendler, who in 2005 was named President, will assume the additional title and role of CEO. Sokolow, who was named Vice Chairman of the Board that same year, will succeed as Chairman of the Board.
