Purpose of Role Step into Leadership: Drive Footwear Sales & Elevate the Athlete Experience As the Lead Associate, Footwear, you'll be the go-to expert on all things shoes - fueling sales, energizing the team, and delivering standout service. Your Impact We count on our Lead Associate, Footwear to: Provide an exceptional customer service experience based on footwear needs Provide an athlete experience unique to Under Armour Coach fellow teammates on footwear products and best-selling practices Complete omni-channel requests for athletes in line with Under Armour's policies and procedures where applicable Promote core & seasonal products to athletes by incorporating knowledge of the selling process.
