The Assembler at our Baldwin, WI location involves working collaboratively to assemble and package product. This is a weekend shift onsite role, with hours Friday-Sunday 5 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Role Responsibilities:
Assembly of non-repetitive parts which may include multiple parts per operation.
Package parts and assemblies.
Ensure compliance to prints.
Operate test equipment when required.
Ensure proper documentation with labeling.
Complies with all safety, DOT, HAZMAT and environmental policies and procedures.
Uses all designated Personal Protective Equipment as required.

We are seeking a motivated and talented in-house Journeyman Electrician who enjoys working on a variety of electrical systems and installations to include premise wiring, industrial control, motor control, and research and development (R&D) projects. Role Responsibilities:

Planning and installations of electrical premise wiring and industrial control systems.

Keep current on new codes, code changes and new wiring methods. Able to apply the following industry standards into the design/build of facility and R&D systems: NEMA, ANSI, UL, IEEE, NFPA and IEC.
Assist and guide engineers, technicians and tradesman on a wide variety of research and development projects.
A working knowledge of Fire/Burg Systems, Voice/ Data/Video and Limited Power Systems.
You will be required to be on call every 4th week.

Minimum Qualifications:
Must possess a Journeyman Electrician License or better from the State of MN upon hire
1+ years of Journeyman Electrician experience

About the Role:
We're looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and self-motivated team players with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience to:
Deliver vehicles straight to customers' doors with our custom car haulers (don't worry - a commercial license is not required to drive the hauler and you will receive ample training)

About the team and position
The Safe & Secure Team helps to keep our 20,000+ associates, who work at our 200+ various locations, safe and secure every day. By collaborating with various Carvana teams, the Safe & Secure Team delivers strategic planning, operational risk program development, operational Safe & Secure processes, data analytics, inventory reconciliation and control, learning and awareness program support, and project management. The Area Lead will be a part of the Field Safe & Secure Team providing execution of core Safe & Secure routines to deliver upon the team's mission while providing support to Market Operations and Logistics partners. The Area Lead will work closely with teams and leaders in an assigned geographical area in supporting the safety of our people and the protection of our assets in a dynamic working environment. The Area Lead will be responsible for executing key tactics defined within the Safe & Secure/Market Operations Partnership Guide focusing on safety, physical security, environmental support, fraud resolution and other processes. Champions a culture of safety by executing initiatives relating to incident reduction and leading by example. Ensures engagement of field teams through leading various EH&S and Safety compliance programs from training and implementation to application.
Directly lead the processes related to our Safe & Secure Technology that supports the site. Ensure equipment is properly functioning, that issues are addressed, and that our processes relating to badge access, server room controls, monitoring alerts, and overall health of the program are running like a well oiled machine.
Ensure all "Aclaimant" incidents are properly recorded and system information is accurate and actionable. Complete after action reviews to determine root causes of reported safety incidents and make improvement recommendations to the Area Manager.

We're hiring for entry-level auto roles at Carvana - the fastest-growing used automotive retailer in U.S. history and one of the four fastest companies to make the Fortune 500. In these entry-level roles, you'll have a number of positions to choose from:
Detailer: detailing vehicles, including washing, interior cleaning, and exterior buffing
Lot Attendant: move vehicles from one department to the next in our Inspection Centers
Photobooth Associate: take photos of our vehicles so customers can see our vehicles in our spinners
Inspection Associate: inspect the interior and exterior of the vehicles and accurately identify any imperfections/defects

Pay: Starting pay for this position is $15/hr.
Schedule: Please keep in mind that all locations are subject to mandatory overtime based on business need.
First shift: Mon-Fri 6am-3pm

General qualifications and requirements
Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools - must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently
Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license. Some positions may be subject to an Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check
An ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment while sometimes being exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold)
Use of safety equipment that may include but not limited to face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments and equipment

MIG Welder - 1st Shift

The MIG Welder at our Baldwin, WI Location is responsible for set up and welding of product. This is a 1st shift onsite role, with hours Monday - Thursday 5 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Role Responsibilities:
Performs set up and all position welding on a diversified line of standard and non-standard product according to print specifications. Materials may include steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
Fit and position product weldments having several parts, using welding and welding fixtures and jigs where applicable.
Work from prints and routings.
Statistical process control (SPC) data collection and use of graphs (TIG welding).
Complies with all DOT, HAZMAT and environmental policies and procedures.
Uses all designated Personal Protective Equipment as required.

Minimum Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to demonstrate ability to:
Completion of welding diploma from an accredited weld school, or
Six months industrial weld experience, or
A combination of weld education and experience.
Pass blueprint reading test
Pass practical weld test
Ability to MIG and TIG weld
The position may require that the selected candidate is medically evaluated and able to wear a Power Air Purified Respirator (“PAPR”) while fulfilling the requirements of the position.
Perform a variety of tasks throughout the day in a fast-paced work environment.
Interact constructively and effectively with all plant employees.
Ability to work in a team environment toward a common goal.
Reacts to change productively and to handle other tasks as assigned.
Maintains a pattern of regular and predictable attendance.

Hourly Pay Range: $27.41 - $33.50, depending on relevant experience, qualifications, and skills.
This position is overtime eligible as per state and federal regulations.
This position is eligible for a gainsharing plan based on the achievement of specific goals.
