+ Review and interpret store prints and wiring diagrams with assistance.

**REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS** **:**

The Maintenance Worker - Lodging will perform maintenance and repairs for assigned facilities including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling, and other building systems; snow removal and other seasonally appropriate actions. During April to October, weekend work is expected.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Seasonal supervision of a small team assigned to support summer tourism. You may work in an independent capacity, being personally responsible to the Maintenance Director for the status of assigned lodging properties, which are essential to accomplishing the Foundation's missions.
Duties/Responsibilities
Inspect and identify buildings, equipment, or systems in need of repair.
Troubleshoot issues to determine necessary repairs.
Plan and execute repair work.
Perform general repairs within capacity (examples include drywall, painting, repairing doors, locks, and other building fixtures).
Perform preventative maintenance on building systems.
Coordinate through the Maintenance Director for contracted repairs.
Clean and assists with upkeep of the facilities.
Order supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance in accordance with budget.
Perform seasonally appropriate tasks, including irrigation and snow removal.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Develop a preventative maintenance plan for mechanical systems of the assigned lodging property and perform scheduled maintenance to plan.

Order selectors are responsible for building pallets and maintaining accurate inventory counts. Expired product, damages, and trays from returning trucks will be put in the designated areas to be organized by the closers. Forklifts and pallet jacks will be used to load/unload trucks and navigate the warehouse. Additional duties include but are not limited to: General housekeeping, properly stocking and rotating product throughout multiple product locations, organization and staging of containers and pallets, as well as any other duties assigned by the Loading Supervisor.
Full-time shifts are Monday through Friday starting at 8am. Employees are welcome to a 1-hour lunch period. Shifts are complete when case quota is reached, generally after 8 hours. Overtime may be required.
Closing shift starts at 9am. Shift ends when all pallets are built, trucks have been received and loaded, and computer work has been done. Incentive bonuses, based on accuracy and speed, are available at the end of each month.
