Mark discovered technology at a young age thanks to a couple of computers donated to his school. Born and raised in Lebanon, Mark founded his first tech company by the age of 17. After moving to the U.S. to study at the University of Detroit Mercy, Mark led the development of a connected car project for the US Army. In 2010, Mark co-founded Dialexa, a Technology, Research and Creation firm. It’s internal incubator has spun out three companies including Vinli, the world’s leading connected car platform. Mark is the CEO of Vinli, and sits on the board of Vinli, Dialexa, Nara, Robin, Rosy, UNICEF USA (Great Plains Region), and is a member of YPO. Mark speaks around the globe, and advocates for children and refugee rights.

André Thomas

André Thomas' passion for game-based learning resonates inside and outside of the classroom. With more than 20 years in CGI production, he has worked around the world on legendary video games, live action feature films and gripping commercials. He served as Head of Graphics for EA Sports Football (including NCAA, Head Coach, NFL Tour and Madden, the longest running and most successful sports franchise in this history of the games industry); and is also credited with creating graphics for such notable films as Men in Black, Con Air, Independence Day, Valiant, Ant Bully and Tomorrow Never Dies. Today, André shares his insights, ideas and overall love for gaming across academia. He founded and serves as the director of the LIVE Lab in the Department of Visualization at Texas A&M University, where he also teaches game design, game development and interactive graphics techniques. In 2014, he founded Triseum and currently serves as the CEO, inspiring students and faculty through immersive, engaging and fun learning experiences. He was named an EdTech Leadership award winner and is a renowned speaker at education and technology events, including SXSW. Most recently André has been appointed to an advisory board position at the National Academy of Science.
