Duties/Responsibilities: Pay special attention to the needs of the owner's properties as these properties' needs will supersede the needs of any other responsibilities that are listed below. Landscape maintenance includes mowing, trimming, cutting/split trees, yard/fence/pest spraying and debris removal. Garbage and waste removal from needed properties to DCU main. Properly maintain and service all Low Places equipment and tools and report when it's defective and needs repairs or service. Fill fish/deer feeders and maintain adequate feed inventory. To help with the Maintenance crew on special projects and to be inserted into DCU production when the weather does not allow work to be done outside, and no equipment servicing needs to be done.
