Duties include but are not limited to; Check ID's, sell and collect tickets at the door for customers entering the White Eagle. This position may also help maintain the cleanliness of the property as well as perform light maintenance work. Each door staff person is responsible assisting the MOD on any customer issues that arise that are of a safety concern, be available to answer questions, and assist customers and employees in whatever way necessary. This position also requires mental agility and the ability to effectively multi-task in while working alone and also in a sometimes fast paced and deadline-oriented environment. A door person must also have the ability to work well independently and as a member of a team. Each employee will be expected to perform their job in a safe manner and report any safety concerns to Management. All McMenamin employees will also be expected to keep current on all company events, history, and products. Other duties as assigned by the Manager on duty.
