The Technician - Service Center is responsible for providing technical insurance support to Underwriters, Sales Representatives, Customer Service Representatives, and clients. Your Impact: Input incoming insurance applications and Premium Estimate form into the CRM; ensure completeness of required data. Input sales leads into CRM. Process Certificates of Insurance. Review and process money mail orders for new and renewal business; check for accuracy and completeness. Perform data entry for issuance of policies and retrieve additional information as needed for printing, mailing policies, etc. Sort mail and index scanned mail; distribute to appropriate underwriter as necessary. Complete check requests for carrier payment and/or insured refund. Report claims and verify coverage information to the carrier.
