About the Role As we continue to scale our Retail business, we're looking to hire a few Associates onto our Retail Strategy & Operations to support key strategic initiatives including merchandising & selection. You'll expand our retail offering via selection expansion and make it seamlessly shoppable for customers. You'll own our end-to-end merchandising lifecycle from trend identification through on-platform placement. You'll collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Shopex, Growth, and Analytics to test, measure, and scale retail initiatives that increase traffic and GOV. You'll be an individual contributor.
