Pros of working at Dorado Services

None

Cons of working at Dorado Services

We'll start with your underpaid and undervalued. I personally am doing the job of 2. Maybe 3 people, but not getting the compensation for it. All of their management makes over 6 figures, but they pay their employees s*** money.

Dorado Services benefits

you get free medical, but I have not been able to use it. It's supposed to have a guaranteed hours, but they make you work your whole set hours, so you don't get anytime off that you're supposed to. And I don't make enough money to invest in the 401.

What do you like best about Dorado Services's CEO and the leadership team?

Never met the ceo, don't know anything about him or her

How would you improve Dorado Services's culture?

They can start with by paying their employees better and having better management in place, and they need to have actual mechanics working on the equipment with actual PM services and all that on a scheduled time frame. Because they do not do that now. So you have drivers driving equipment That may be unsafe from time to time.

How did you prepare for the Dorado Services interview?

There really was no preparation for interview. They offered me money to walk off of my last employment job. Then I found out why they offered me money because they didn't like the guy that I worked for which I did not like him either

How does your compensation at Dorado Services compare to the industry average?

Their pay here is below the industry average. I was making over $26 an hour. At my past, employer come here. They don't value you for what you do.

What's the diversity at Dorado Services like?

N/A

What brings you the most joy at Dorado Services?

When I leave at the end of the day.
