I joined Frito-Lay as an associate engineer and progressed through a series of significant leadership roles including Plant Manager, Director of Finance, and Region Vice President for Sales and Distribution in the West. I have a degree in Chemical Engineering from Arizona State University and a Master of Science degree in Management from Stanford.

Jack joined Walmart in 2007 from McCurrach, a U.K.-based field merchandising business.
