The Pharmacy Sales Consultant (PSC) is an individual contributor and results-driven account management/sales professional responsible for growing McKesson's portfolio of products and services within independent and long-term care pharmacies in an assigned geographic territory. This highly consultative role requires the ability to lead all interactions with pharmacists in charge and/or business owners positioning McKesson as a trusted, expert partner. The PSC will develop tailored strategies for each assigned account and prospect, driving the coordinated execution of products and services throughout the sales process. This is a field-based position with daily customer-facing responsibilities and significant travel requirements. The territory for this position will cover Western and Northern MI. Minimum Requirement: Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience. Education: Bachelor's degree in business related field or equivalent work experience with an emphasis in sales, marketing, business management, account management or healthcare related field preferred. Critical Skills: 4+ years of business-to-business field sales or account management experience, preferably in healthcare. 3+ years of proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals. Schedule: Part-time, building toward ~30 hours/week (weekday evenings & weekends required) Reports to: Director of Soccer Buddies What You'll Do Program Operations & On-Site Leadership Support and oversee program execution across multiple locations Work on-site during weekday evenings and weekends Partner with Site Managers as a collaborative leader (Site Managers report to this role) Help resolve on-site challenges and maintain high standards during classes Ensure programs run smoothly, safely, and consistently Staff Scheduling & Coordination Create and communicate weekly schedules and daily success plans Manage staffing coverage and respond to real-time needs Coordinate with Site Managers to ensure proper staffing levels Adapt schedules based on seasons, enrollment, and availability Coach Development & Performance Management Support onboarding and training of new coaches Observe classes and provide in-the-moment feedback Model best coaching practices and expectations Assist with performance check-ins, development plans, and reviews Communication & Standards Communicate expectations clearly and positively to staff Help track coaching performance and consistency Support recognition efforts and positive staff culture Collect and share feedback that helps improve program quality What We're Looking For Availability to work weekday evenings and weekends Strong leadership presence with a supportive, collaborative style Comfort managing people, schedules, and changing conditions Confidence providing both encouragement and accountability Organized, dependable, and proactive Experience in coaching, youth programs, education, or team leadership is a plus Interest in growing into a larger leadership role over time
