Essential Job Duties:
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to attorneys and paralegals, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.

Minimum Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience as a LegalAssistant or Legal Administrative Assistant in a law firm or corporate legal setting is required.

• Familiarity with legal document management and intake processes, including conflicts and new matter setup is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail. • Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and shifting workloads with professionalism.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort learning new technology tools.
• Experience using iManage, Intapp, or similar legal support systems is a plus.
