Ricardo has over 15 years of work experience in the technology, retail, and banking industry. He works at Alpargatas, the Brazilian footwear industry leader in Latin America, as Global Digital Data & Analytics Director. He co-founded Daoura where he led business and product development, and the strategic direction of the SaaS Platform roadmap. He worked at Itaú Unibanco, one of the leading banks in South America, as Manager in IT. He led part of a large-scale agile transformation program and was responsible for ATM Systems Solution. Has advanced knowledge of big data, artificial intelligence, agile adoption strategies and digital transformation, banking, and entrepreneurship.
