Job Description
The DoubleTree by Hilton Colorado Springs is hiring an Overnight Part-Time and Full-Time Security Agent. The hotel security agents' primary responsibility is to ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and hotel property. This involves patrolling the premises, monitoring surveillance systems, controlling access, responding to emergencies, and maintaining a safe environment. They also play a role in enforcing hotel policies and providing a positive guest experience.
Additional duties with occasional shuttle driving. Must have a valid driver's license.
Compensation:
$17 - $17.50 hourly
Responsibilities:
Regularly inspects hotel premises, including hallways, parking areas, and common areas, to identify potential hazards or security breaches.
Observes surveillance cameras and alarm systems, looking for suspicious activity or unauthorized access.
Regulates entry and exit points, verifies guest credentials, and prevents unauthorized access to restricted areas.
Responds to alarms, medical emergencies, and other incidents, providing first aid, summoning assistance, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
Addresses disputes, disruptive behavior, and other issues, using conflict resolution skills to de-escalate situations and maintain order.
Documents all incidents, observations, and security measures in daily logs and reports.
Provides information and assistance to guests, ensuring a positive and safe experience.
Ensures guests and staff adhere to hotel policies and regulations.
Checks security equipment, such as cameras, alarms, and access control systems, reporting any malfunctions or issues.
Qualifications:

Ability to de-escalate tense situations and resolve conflicts peacefully.

Compensation:
$11.79 - $12.56 hourly
Responsibilities:
Promptly seat guests when they arrive, take food and beverage orders, serve meals on time while accommodating any special requests
Participate in pre-shift and department meetings to gain a thorough grasp of all products, services, and facility activities
Establish a full knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials to respond to client inquiries and make recommendations
Receive proper payment from the guest and ensure the accuracy of the guest check and method of payment to protect both the customer and the restaurant from transaction errors
Perform all restocking and cleaning activities as directed, including opening and closing duties
Qualifications:
This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the guest first and providing exceptional customer service
We prefer some experience working in the food service industry
Outstanding time management and organizational skills
Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent GED certification
Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers

Position Overview: The Event Planning Manager is responsible for the planning and coordination of all group related activities. The EPM will act as the primary liaison between the client and the staff of the property, with the focus on meeting and exceeding client expectations with every interaction to ensure that our clients leave happy.
Job Functions & Responsibilities:
* Establish and maintain a positive, professional relationship with clients through effective, accurate, timely, and reliable communication and action.
