Job Description
American Vascular Associates is seeking a full-time Interventional Radioligist for our center in Douglas, GA. This is a unique opportunity to join a well-established outpatient Office-Based Lab (OBL) focused on delivering cutting-edge vascular and interventional procedures, with a strong focus on PAD treatments, embolizations, dialysis access, superficial and deep venous interventions. Job Responsibilities
Perform Vascular Procedures: Conduct advanced interventional procedures, including Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD) treatments, ablations, embolizations, dialysis access, and venous interventions.
Patient Care: Provide high-quality, patient-focused care in an outpatient Office-Based Lab (OBL) setting.
Practice Building: Engage in practice development, including community outreach and patient education.
Collaborate: Work closely with a network of vascular centers and a supportive corporate structure.
Maintain Licensing and Certification: Ensure compliance with medical licensing and maintain board certification in Interventional Cardiology.
Qualifications
• MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in Interventional Cardiology
• Fellowship training in interventional cardiology required
• Active Georgia medical license or ability to obtain
• Preferably 3+ years of interventional/vascular experience, but new graduates with strong fellowship experience will be considered
• Willingness to engage in practice building and community outreach
Skills
Expertise in Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD) treatments, ablations, embolizations, dialysis access, and venous interventions.
Proficient in interventional surgery techniques with minimal diagnostic imaging.
Strong patient-care focus with the ability to provide compassionate, efficient outpatient care.
Excellent communication skills for patient education and community outreach.
Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and build positive relationships within a network of vascular centers.
Leadership potential and a proactive approach to practice growth and development.

Working Hours are 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday. No Call and No Weekends. We also have opportunities for 3- & 4-day schedules. We also have potential for ownership and leadership positions within the organization.

· Oversees the entire hospital operation during the time which administration is not present.
· Oversees performance, maintains schedules, and completes education and coaching when necessary.
· Completes evaluations and delivers disciplines within nursing department in a professional and timely manner.
· Assists Chief Nursing Officer in conducting department meetings on a routine manner.
· Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of regulatory standards including Joint Commission, Medicaid, state and federal laws.
· Performs conflict resolution and mediation with staff. Appropriately seeks assistance from the Chief Nursing Officer, Director of Assessment, and People Services when necessary.
· Completes investigations in a thorough and timely manner, ensuring information collected is accurate.
· Provides information to the appropriate designee to ensure completion of necessary reporting or staff follow up.
· Displays a thorough nursing knowledge including assessments, treatment planning, discharge and admission procedures, medication distribution and medical care.
· Delivery of quality nursing care to ensure goals of the treatment plan are properly executed following hospital policies and procedures and demonstrated nursing competencies.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Responsibilities
Educate customers on the process of vehicle repairs, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, safety, and value.
Completes initial estimates, write complete estimates after full disassembly and damage evaluation, and lock final estimates
Manage each repair throughout the process and ensure Crash Champions' quality standards by performing in-process QC.
Keep every customer fully informed and updated on the status of their vehicle and provide the best possible experience for our customers.
Able to pull and review all data procedures for/with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning for each vehicle in the repair process
