Pros of working at Douglas County Libraries

Paid time off is generous to make up for pay that is lower than fast food chains.

Cons of working at Douglas County Libraries

Pay is lower than fast food chains. Very low increases each year. The supervisors play favorites, change policy on a dime, and know the job less well than the employees.
